The rooms are very small, I barely had enough space to go on the tiny balcony depends what room you get though others had a bigger balcony and if you are on the ground floor you have the patio. You can hear the other guests very easily and clearly in their rooms. The bathroom is also small, no surprises there. Otherwise very clean, huge towels. The location is quiet, at the upper end of the valley with the San Martino Villa of Napoleon from the balcony you can see the ferries arriving in Portoferraio. But there is nothing around (except the Napoleon villa) and you need to go out by car for anything beach, lunch, dinner. There is a bus to Portoferrario but the last one is at 8 in the evening or so. The staff is friendly and there is a pool and a private parking that has shades for the cars a nice thing under the Tuscan sun. The price seemed high for the location and rooms but then again...it's Elba. Noteworthy details: Thin walls, very small room Rooms: 2 Service: 5 Location: 4

Rooms: We stayed one night in the dependence that is about 800 meters from the main body, simple room with everything you need, only very uncomfortable pillows with no possibility to change them because they were all the same. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4 Hotels highlights: Quiet
