Dunkin' - Birch Run

I give them 1 star, because every time I go to the Birch Run site, the staff is terrible. Last time I was there, the staff 2 young girls had run down clearly, while one on their phone, the other girl ran around calling and tried to help the ride through and the line inside.

I came by the road thru and there were only 2 cars in front of me. I waited about 10 minutes before I actually came to the loudspeaker to place my order. When I came to the loudspeaker, the guy said he was right with me. 7 minutes later, I just drove forward to the window because I don't understand what took so long. the guy hit me in the window and told me rudely that he was right with me, but he has people in here that he has to kill himself and then he closed the window. So I just left. Should?t have to wait 20 minutes in a car ride thru that had 2 cars. beautiful sad that dunkin? can work more people at a place right in front of the carbahn. no wonder? to close stalls.

I have my first frozen hot chocolate from here and its delicious!! Do you love the maple bacon cracker, and the croissant was warm, soft and flakey??

I came today through the drive Drui, 12/9, at about 3:30-3:45 and my Bagel bites were frozen. After waiting for at least 10 minutes and getting frozen food, I am very disappointed to say the least. definitely not be back.

Disappointed with their handling of drive through customer line... very slow service had to wait in for the order too long even though there weren?t many cars in the line. This kind of service defeats the drive through.
