Jimmy John's - Birch Run

"My experience at this location was far from the 'freaky fast' service I expected. The staff seemed to be more relaxed than attentive, and it didn't seem like they were properly trained for their roles. Unfortunately, I won't be returning here anytime soon. This visit was not at all reflective of my usual experiences with Jimmy John's, as I've generally enjoyed other locations. I recommend that they implement some oversight to improve service."

The sandwiches are delicious, but the drive-thru service leaves much to be desired. I waited nearly 30 minutes for three regular sandwiches, and it was not busy at all, which made the wait frustrating and hard to understand.

I work at the mall and I really enjoy getting this for lunch. I ordered #2 LJ, and it's always delicious, but today the bread was especially tasty! Thank you!

Stopped on the way home from dog bowl to feed the grand kids. I didn?t no that every sandwich is loaded with Mayonnaise? not everyone like mayonnaise, especially when its almost drowning in it.

These subs are so much better than Subway, and Subway was a favorite for years. The quality is better and everything is so much fresher. Prices are a little high, but worth it. Convenient drive thru, fast service. Recommend the billy club.
