This was our second visit and the quality of the food didn't disappoint. Had guests from the Philippines and Holland and they were quite happy with the food and friendly service. As I understand it, Ginger is a popular place among the locals in Howick. With their consistency in serving good food, hard to imagine them falling out of favor.

Authentic, incredible flavours, one of best Indian we have ever tasted. A hidden gem. Delightfully friendly and personal service ensuring an excellent service.

Great food, service and would definitely recommend the food matching. All meals were beautifully presented and everyone was impressed with the flavours. We'll be back!

We have dined here over 10 years but mainly takeaways in the last 3 years The food whether dine in or take out has been very close to authentic, tasty, value fully recommendable In the last two weeks we have had take outs, same selection, always ordered medium flavour etc but oh boy … We thought last week yuk but just a one off yet tonight same same Floating in oil, so liquid, spillage on bench showed huge coloring deep stain evidence very sweet at best super mild Disappointing time to pull up the effort regain your mojo reputation Not sure we would try again which is not our preference but gee this was poor
