Baumhower’s Victory Grille Lee Branch

It was pretty empty for lunch but I got the shrimp tacos with fries and split the gooey fries with my bf and we loved it as always. Going to miss this location when it closes. Waitress said they might move to another location I hope that’s the case because this is always a great restaurant to eat at. Especially it being in lee branch where the movie theater is and all the stores you really can’t go wrong.

The food was good, but not great. It used to be a really great place to go. There was one server on a Friday night. She did well, all things considered. I didn't blame her, but they need to hire more people or perhaps only have a small section open.

If it was not for Emily working here, I would not go. Went and they were slammed. She still managed to service the bar while running drinks and food around. It was chaos and she kept her cool and a smile the whole time.

Ask for Grace! She was so patient with my antics, but hey...I love my flats the manager that helped was also very sweet! Of course, the wings were delicious

I decided to go catch a football game and grab a bite to eat. I had driven past the establishment many times. I sat at the bar to eat. The young lady was ver personable. She tried to build a rapport with all of the patrons. The place was slow as is many restaurants during the football season. Despite this, staff sat and watched the young lady rush to get her orders, definitely not a team concept. I asked for a drink and the cup had a bug. I didn't freak out or ask for a discount only because the young lady was already struggling. I asked for a new drink in a Styrofoam cup. Of course I didn't drink it or eat my food. I paid my bill and gave her a verbal and monetary tip. I won't go back but I hope management reads this and takes to heart the concept of team work
