Cafe Iz - Birmingham

The place looks cool but this being my first time, I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and it was probably the WORST salad I have ever had before.

Breakfast and deli items are delicious. Why they don't offer bagels is beyond me. A little pricy. Otherwise a nice local spot to support.

Iz Too is a small sandwich shop that features chicken salad as its specialty.

I had the turkey ruben sandwich and pasta salad. Very good, friendly staff.

I?ve always loved Cafe Iz. Today my mom and I went there for lunch, which was the first time in a long time that I?ve been back. I decided to try the roast beef sandwich, which I wouldn?t typically order anywhere, but I am SO glad I did. It is in my top 5 favorite sandwiches now! The meat was delicious, the cheese was super melty, and the onions added to the flavor. The bread was buttery and delicious ????. I can?t wait to bring mg fiancé for this sandwich!
