Captain D's - Birmingham

The food here is disappointing, to say the least. They can't even manage to cook basic items like hush puppies or fish properly. It was really busy, both inside and in the drive-thru, yet they still seemed to think it was acceptable to serve incomplete meals and rush customers. The main issue is that their staff appears to disregard food safety, which can lead to customers getting sick. How difficult can it be to stick to cooking times?

I just had my first visit in several years, and I was really pleased with the fish sandwich.

The service was quite slow; it took over 20 minutes for our order to be taken. The staff didn't inform us of any wait times, and they simply closed the window and stood there for almost 10 to 15 minutes.

This place will live you sick. My stomach was so upset after I had eaten this food on two occasions at 1st, I might think it was just me, but my friends and family members were also sick, not sure if they didn't change the fat, but something is wrong

The worst place ever, had to wait 30 min on drive thru before anyone talked to me I was the only one there) and even though i had order my food online and had to wait 30 min i still had to wait another 15 min until they gave me my food. The workers there just don?t want to work, if this place wants to stay open they need to hire some people that care about their jobs.
