Chick-fil-a - Birmingham

I had a really disappointing experience at the restaurant. There were about 5 or 6 sandwiches on display, and I tried two of them. The bread was hard, which made me think they had been sitting out for a long time. I wanted to make my decision quickly, so I ended up leaving some of it uneaten. I opted for a sandwich with softer bread instead.

Great Chick-fil-A. was surprised that they were opened before 5 o'clock. so beautiful before an early flight. especially impressed by linda, who brought out orders this morning! thank you!

I worked at Chick-fil-A in Birmingham, AL (the205) on May 9th, 2022, and from the beginning to the end of my shift, I enjoyed every moment. While we can't satisfy everyone, I still wonder about the challenges we face, much like dealing with busy traffic.

This is the only Chick-fil-A I've visited where the staff had a noticeably poor attitude.

The woman who works here in the mornings is extremely rude first of all, and also unnecessarily mean... for my last few flights I 've gotten breakfast here (not my choice, it is literally the only option in the mornings) and she has found something to yell at me for during every transaction. One time there was no ketchup in the condiment area, so I walked back up to the counter. Sheloudly barked what now at me, chastising me in front of a line of customers for politely asking for something she hasn 't stocked herself or even noticed is empty. She 's yelled at me about asking for a receipt, for asking questions, for ordering things she is out of.... It 's absolutely insane and extremely unprofessional. It surprises me that Chick-fil-A is okay with this level of dismal customer service. My only guess is that since it is the only thing open her job is safe, but I can promise you I will never be spending money or time there ever again.
