Chicken Salad Chick - Birmingham

This is the best restaurant I have ever been to. They serve excellent soup, salad, and sandwiches which are much better than Panera. The prices are very affordable and the atmosphere is relaxing with friendly staff.

I got the attention of the person behind the counter who was on her phone (with her back turned to customers). The service was good and the food was delicious. I ordered the Fancy Nancy and it was very fresh. Getting a free cookie with my order was a sweet way to end the meal!

The flavors were amazing, and my son said it was the best chicken salad he had ever eaten. My mom had the loaded potato soup, and I ordered a salad with grilled chicken.

Lately it is a disaster every time I come in. I understand not having enough help but it was just chaotic. Hope they can get things in order soon. Really like this place.

I placed an order through uber eats and they didn’t bring my complete order. I spoke to the manager Brandon McCall and he actually hand delivered the part of my order that was left out. Great customer service!!!
