This restaurant is a fantastic choice for authentic Cajun cuisine. The bustling atmosphere is always a good sign of quality. The food was truly authentic and served steaming hot. The waitress, Lulu, was incredibly hardworking, running back and forth with hot dishes and a big smile on her face. It seemed like she was doing the work of three people. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the amazing smells coming from the kitchen. I tried the BBQ shrimp plate, which was a butter-based sauce with Cajun-seasoned shrimp served with bread. It's not what you would typically think of as BBQ, but it's delicious. I highly recommend stopping by if you're traveling through Birmingham on 280. I'll definitely be returning and bringing colleagues with me as well.
Foods excellent!! Prices and portions are excellent as well. Services is great.
This restaurant was excellent! We will definitely be returning as regular customers.
Lulu and Robert catered my daughter’s wedding. Everything was perfect nothing but great things said from friends and family. Highly recommend for your next catering event.
