This is the tru definition of fast food.. Food is so good, staff is very friendly

A box and a sandwich ordered. They said they couldn't make the sandwich, that's LITERALLY the SAME chicken finger from the box thrown on a bungalow! Try to pay with EXACT cash in the window, but was informed that they could accept nothing but a card! Not even EXACT cash! I understand it was over 30 minutes when it was closed, but that's just ridiculous LAZY when you ask me! You could have mentioned all this to begin with the order spokesman and saved us both time and me a headache!!! So, I turned around and went to the Zaxbys that I originally came by to go to Guthrie specifically. What? Zaxbys GLADLY made my sandwich and HAPPILY accepted the CASH I paid! And I did it! I'll save the UTurn and just go from now on to Zaxbys!!!

The food is good, but they are stingy with the silence and drink. Slave is served in a small dip cup, drinks are too full with ice cream so you can drink very little.

The chicken tongs where was very good waiting? not even 4 minutes long and the food was fresh the staff was very friendly and polite I had just Guthries yesterday for the first time and trust me I will be back

I have always used liked this location but will never go there again! I had an issue with my meal a week ago and called the store to let them know. The shift manager stated to come back by at my convenience and the meal would be replaced. Went by on yesterday and stated to the young lady the particulars. She decided that all I would get would be fries. I stated to her with whom I had spoken to and she responded she didn 't care who I had spoken too all I would be getting is fries . Young lady had a very nasty attitude and I will never frequent that location again!
