Jet's Pizza - Birmingham

We've been dining at Jets on Eton for a year now, and the food has always been fantastic. We've never had an order messed up—until we had a delivery, and the pizza was incorrect. I called the team, and they quickly sent a new one within 20 minutes. They handled the situation efficiently and professionally. It's easy for a restaurant to earn good reviews when everything goes smoothly, but what truly matters is how they respond to mistakes. Their reaction was outstanding, and Christian, the manager, was wonderful. We will definitely be returning—again and again!

This Jet's location is absolutely fantastic! It's in a very convenient area with plenty of parking available. The staff is friendly, and the pizza is delicious. This is the only Jet's I'll be ordering from right now!

This Jets location is by far one of the best in Michigan. I order from here all the time, and it's always on point. The staff is friendly and professional. They always go beyond and beyond to accommodate their customers. I put an order at 9:58 a.m., they closed at 10 a.m. (Thursday night) they still my order. You're never disappointed! I'm glad this jet location is near home, this place is our destination for pizza! Thank you to the gentlemen who offered us something to drink while waiting for our pizza. You rock!

The pizza here is pretty solid. The great crispy Detroit style pepperoni pizza is one of our go-to pizzas for day of play. It also heats well. Over the years they have changed regular bones in chicken wings to boneless chicken wings. I wouldn't recommend paying for the boneless chicken wings. The money is not worth it. Also the note, this place is always busy, but the cashiers were always friendly. The entrance is also on the street side!
