Excellent service, especially considering that it was newly opened. The staff was very friendly.

The food was excellent and the service was quick. My favorite dish is the Turkey Tom with cheese sprouts—it's incredible!

Excellent service time and time again. Today my husband and I ordered from their delivery service. Our order wasn?t exactly correct so they resent their driver with another order PLUS cookies. I love JIMMY JOHNS.

Driver was very nice when he showed up but unfortunately half of my order was not in the bag. I called the manager Wesley of the store and told them my order was messed up. He let me know the driver was coming right back to me. 45minutes later there is no second delivery so I call the manager Wesley and just ask him to take the charge off of my receipt. He informed me he was unable to even though I had already finished half of my meal and had to wait 45minutes to get the second half of my meal. Wesley the manager was not understanding at all in taking the charge off of my receipt. Terrible customer service. I was a frequent user too, not anymore.

The employee who answered the phone was quite pushy and rude. Before I could fully explain my situation, he interrupted me to say that wait times were currently over an hour, which was not the reason for my call. When I finally had a chance to ask about my order, which was marked as delivered, he became frustrated and stated that the app and order number had no relevance to the drivers and that I would be wasting my time with that information. I ended the call without any clarity on the status of my order. Fortunately, it arrived a few minutes later. While I understand it can get busy, customer service should never fall by the wayside. At this point, I don’t think I will be returning as a customer.
