King Buffet - Birmingham

I recently visited one of the best all-you-can-eat buffets I've experienced in a while. Every dish I tried was well-cooked and served at the right temperature. Keeping buffet food fresh can be challenging, but King Buffet excels in this area. The buffet section was impeccably clean and well-presented. The table service—such as clearing used dishes and refilling drinks—was outstanding. The staff did an excellent job and were very friendly, making customers feel welcome. The restrooms were spotless, and the floors, tabletops, and sinks were all immaculate. If you're looking for a place that offers a wide variety of seafood, including sushi, I highly recommend King Buffet. I will definitely be returning soon!

Arrived at 1100 on a Sunday. Food was hot and fresh with above average variety. Sushi was also better than average for a buffet setting. The service dovetailed nicely with the yummy food. As Arnold said, “I’ll be back.”

In a time where buffet restaurants are dying, this place goes out of the way to earn five stars. The atmosphere is incredible, it has an atrium and solid artwork. Everything is spotless, from the tables to the bathrooms. The food selection is incredible, a good blend between American cuisine and Chinese restaurant classics. The food is well maintained, everything fresh, nothing looks like it has been sitting out for over an hour. The staff is incredibly friendly. Absolute gem in a dying part of the town.

Best Chinese buffet I've been to in Alabama. You have your standard Chinese fare,(with a few western dishes, a fruit, veggie and desert bar but they have the option to have a bowl you build and they grill for you, and their sushi is the best buffet sushi I've ever had.(Rolls are fine, but I'm referring to the nigiri specifically. I've been so into the food here that I've neglected to take pictures, so I will upload some next week. Honestly believe if youre looking to Please a group that all wants something different, you can't go wrong here. Lunch prices are very reasonable.
