Feedback gevenThe staff were very friendly and helpful. I was driving a box truck and couldn't go inside or use the drive-thru, but they kindly passed my order through the window. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.
They messed up my order, and my child was very unhappy because he didn't get any fries.
The manager was extremely rude. I was directed to a self-order kiosk that I had never seen before, and when I tried to place my order, he came over to the register, told me to use my card, and then just walked away without any explanation. His communication skills were lacking, and he clearly doesn’t know how to manage properly. The lobby was empty except for another staff member who was getting his food. Once the manager was ready, he just waved me over to the counter. I couldn’t understand why I was given a table ID if he was going to completely ignore me. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
Ordered a large sweet tee on the hardboard thru cost was $1.75; used to be a dollar; guess dollar items are long gone ... and it is the highest among neighboring mc donalds
This McDonald's is horrible. The staff is rude and unorganized. They never have ice coffee in the morning. Their always messing up your order. Plus they can't never use the mobile app codes you give them.
