Red Cat Coffee House - Birmingham

I am a big fan of Red Cat. However, the last few times I've been, I have been very disappointed. Most recently I got a cappuccino and it was undrinkable. I took one sip and was utterly disgusted. I love coming to here to read and just hang out with friends. But I don't think I will be getting coffee from here again. Something they do very well is their lemonades. So even though their coffee is going straight down hill, the lemonades and non coffee items are so much better.

If you find yourself with a caffeine craving at Railroad park, check out Red Cat! They have a fun cat themed speciality coffee menu and lots of fun season drinks. My favorite is their Abyssinian a delicious vanilla and cinnamon combo. Ask the baristas for their recs, they're so friendly! They have a menu of breakfast burritos and bowls that always hit the spot, and a pastry case with fresh selections. This also a great study spot, with great lighting and lots of tables near outlets.

My husband and I got our romcom on and had a date here yesterday. This was my first time coming to this location. We were greeted upon entering and ordering was easy. I got a breakfast sandwich and a superfood smoothie. The star of the show was the smoothie! It was perfectly blended and it was so good, while being packed full of great ingredients. The service was good and the employees were friendly. I'd go back!

Wonderful atmosphere and solid coffee! Line was out the door. Would love to come back and try some other items on the menu. They were extremely busy and the wait was long. Staff was friendly. Beautiful area of town, too.

Great morning stop for a cup of Java! Convenient for the medical district with friendly staff and good service.
