Satterfield’s Restaurant - Birmingham

The restaurant stopped using open table but never bothered to tell us. We arranged for three different baby sitters for our kids (3 couples were reserved for dinner), drove there and valet parked only to find out that they didn’t have a reservation for us. I asked them if they carried over the reservations and they said they did but not ours. I asked why they didn’t reach out to me (I put in my number for that reason) and the manager barked at me “how could I if we aren’t using that system”. Horrible management with very little regard for their customers.

Outstanding food five-star service make Satterfield's a GREAT place to dine!

Nice ambiance and great service. Our food was good but for the price, I expected it to be orgasmic. I had the red snapper.

Food and service was outstanding but the mixed alcoholic beverages could use some improvement.

This was not my first time in North Bar and I do enjoy coming hereThey have a nice selection of beers.
