Not open at 6:10am when google says you open at 530? Either get your Google info together or have your employees show up on time. From everything else I hear about this Starbucks, it’s one of the worst in B’ham. I guess it’s just mis-managed.

Tried to get coffee from them at 9:30 on a Saturday and they were closed? I drove by at 8:50 and they were crazy busy so I stopped into Walmart to grab some things hoping the line would die down. Nope, they were closed when I swung by again at 9:30.

Drive thru was closed. Went to go inside to order, sign on door read mobile orders only, no cash register. Started download the app to order when an employee popped his head out the door and said mobile orders not working either. Left empty handed. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is one of the good locations. I can frequently get the items here that my other local stores have run out of. Staff is great!
