The Crab Barracks - Birmingham

I tried several crab restaurants even another crab barrack near trustville, but I miss that this one had the best experience and dinner I had among all. I always tried only one and the same crooked, and these are the king crooked legs, and here it was simply fantastic, many sides (kartoffels, mais, sausages) and 1 lbs king crab bein, with the house spicy and hot in the plane of the spices. it's just perfect and so delicious. the personal is also very friendly and beautiful and here you get all the tools they need to crack and open them the legs unless in another place where they forget or give them no sherry or cracker tool. If you want to eat kings, you have to try. I'll definitely be back on my next trip.

Tasted the king crab legs and was really yummy. Market price was expensive but once in a while it's fine. Really recommend for crab lovers, didn't taste anything else yet. Might return.

By far some of the best food I have ever had. I ordered half pound of Cajun crab legs mild. It came with corn and potato. The young man who seated was very pleasant sorry I didn’t get his name. Our waitress Kawana was super. Could not have asked for better service. Thank you.

My husband and I went to Birmingham for the day as a date day After exploring Bucee's for the first time, we decided to explore a little bit and came upon this restaurant. Music was a little loud for my headache that I had. I had waited too long to eat. We arrived just as they were opening. We were sat at a booth and another party of 7 was sat at a table by us. The waitress for them came over and immediately started their drink orders. Ours was a little slow getting to us at first but I tell you she was the bomb!! One of the best I have had in a while. Very attentive and we bonded over our love of dogs! We decided that I would get the fried oyster basket with fried okra and he would get the fried shrimp and fries. We also ordered calamari as an appetizer. OMGosh the calamari was excellent. My husband was a chef for a huge name chef owned restaurant at one time and can be very critical of food. He LOVED it. It was tender and seasoned just right. When our baskets came out, We shared the shrimp and oysters between us. This were excellent as well. The oysters were cooked to perfection and the shrimp couldnt have been better. Seasoned just right. The okra was very good too. Overall, we felt like we had an excellent meal at a great price. Wish they would have had unsweet tea and splenda!! Once again, our waitress was the best! I will go back when we are in Birmingham.
