The Red Cat Coffeehouse - Birmingham

I absolutely love this place! It’s what introduced me to coffee all those years ago. I've never had a bad cup here; their coffee is always spot on. The staff is incredibly friendly, too. I enjoy running over from Railroad Park to visit. You can't go wrong with any of their brews—just choose something that catches your interest, and you’re likely to enjoy it. Personally, I'm a fan of anything with coconut or caramel, but even their regular brew with just milk is fantastic! If you haven't been here yet, I highly recommend giving them a try.

Delicious and distinctive flavors! This place is perfect for a quick coffee break while enjoying a stroll at Railroad Park. I stopped by for a warm drink to escape the cold and discovered their amazing lattes with unique flavors! I especially love how they named the flavors after cats—such a fun detail!

This restaurant is in a fantastic location, just across from Railroad Park. Their Veggie Wraps, Frappes, and Spanakopita are great options for takeout—I’ve enjoyed them multiple times now. On Sunday mornings, they offer both sweet and savory crepes, which are a nice treat. I personally prefer the Pepper Place building, as it's a very clean establishment. The homemade Pop Tarts are absolutely delicious. Today, I tried the salted caramel latte, smoked Gouda grits, and chocolate chip cookies, and the coffee was outstanding as always. The peach muffins and peanut butter banana oat bars are not only tasty but also made from scratch.

Love Red Cat! The service is friendly and there’s tons of unique drink options. I recommend the bengal latte (hot or iced) if you like a mixed coffee and chocolate drink.

Very smooth cappuccino. Nice employees. Parking can be a challenge but it is well worth the effort.
