It took us 15 minutes in the drive through on a slow night to spend over $20 on two meals we didn't order or want. Should have eaten at any of the other multiple options around there that will provide you the good you ordered and paid for.
Very nice clean store. It was busy but we got our food quickly. Staff was friendly
Apparently this is a brand new place with automated ordering. When you walk in there is a screen you use to order. The screen was slow running. That was frustrating enough. The machine to get your drink was self serving with no directions. One customer became frustrated and walked out. The food was a good quality but missed the personal touch. Facility was not particularly clean and very small. Will not go back.
It's.... shocking how the fast food blueprint has changed in the aftermath of the #pandemic. I've visited this location several times in the last year, but I hadn't visited the lobby: Seating is grossly reduced, kiosks take orders and payments that cashiers routinely don't (they'll bring a till out to do so if you don't place at the kiosk), and the buzz generally associated with fast food has mostly buzzed out. ?But, as is typically the case, the food was great. It's Wendy's, even if her hair is now streaked gray. ???
I've always gotten amazing service from this Wendy's everytime I come by. They're always fast, the food is always hot when I get it and my order is always correct.The only possible downside is that they're usually pretty busy around the normal times, but even than they'll get you out ASAP.
