Server is exceptional kind, the rice was cooked perfectly, best chicken I try ever, authentic ambient, Homemade experience, you don't visit a restaurant you visit the heart of Thailand. Impressive, affordable my new superhero restaurant.Food: 5/5
The food is absolutely delicious and so unique! We got the fried pork gyoza with curry dipping sauce and it was the most crispy gyoza I've ever had. The curry sauce was spicy and ridiculously flavorful. Also you HAVE to try the drunken noodles! The noodles are thin and delightfully chewy and coated in a sticky savory-sweet sauce. I haven't had anything like it before! Service was a bit slow, but it was understandable since it was busy. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience some new flavors. I went during lunch, so I received soup and a spring roll along with my meal. I had never tried tom kha coconut soup before, but now I think it's one of my favorites! The massamun curry was also great. The main flavor was definitely cashews, but it wasn't too overpowering. Give this place a visit the next time you're in the area!
Very small restaurant with a great vibe. You definitely feel like you are being cooked for individually since there are so few tables available in the restaurant, almost like a street cart.We started off with the street bite plate appetizer which had a great variety of small bites and an array of sauces for dipping, the only thing that was not made to order were the dumplings. I tried to order Miso Ramen for my entree but they were out of ramen noodles for the day. We ended up ordering drunken noodles and Pad Thai, both were good and made to order.Fun place, and you can tell the owners really care about the business and do everything they can to make it as good as possible.I noticed they had Mark Wiens playing on the tv the entire time we were there which was a plus for me, we have gone to quite a few places all over because of Mark.Keep up the good work, Birmingham needs more unique spots like this.
Just visited this restaurant for the first time. Actually the first time I have eaten Thai food. Service was great. The food was amazing. Ambiance was great. Small restaurant but great seating.
