Zoës Kitchen - Birmingham

We had an impromptu family reunion of 16 people and the staff was friendly, patient, and very accommodating. Oh yeah, the food was great too!

I’m a big fan of Zoe’s Kitchen. I have always loved their delicious feta cheese-rich pasta salad. However, I had lunch there yesterday and and the pasta salad tasted drastically different and was nearly tasteless. It was incredibly bland! What a disappointment. I’m hoping I just caught them on a bad day but I fear they have changed the recipe. Things have changed there since they were bought by a conglomerate years ago. I’m gonna try again, but come on! Don’t change what works!

Zoe’s is not the same. Confusing menu changes, not for the better. Used to be able to get an item with a small amount of salad, hummus and pita, and a side. No more fruit salad. All al a carte. . Waited 40 minutes for a takeout order which was cold when I got home. Hummus had no flavor, won’t be back. Sad.

I've been a big supporter of Zoe's for years but this location has gone way down hill. My sinple orders are never ready when I arrive and they usually have not even been started. The employees are indifferent to the situation. I will stick to the downtown or Crestline locations from now on.

The Mediterranean food is always fresh. Classic hummus is fantastic. Highly suggest the chicken rollsups. .
