Feedback gevenWe were here today, the two young boys served us politely and friendly. the dessert was amazing! the best on ladypool road (probably birmingham) without doubt. I had the oriental themes and the middle east. it was well done, full of taste and taste, not only sugar and saw and wad like most other places. it is more like a beautiful culinary experience.
Highly Recommended to everyone ... it 's the best dessert place in B 'ham, must have a try once in a life
One of the dessert places I have been to in Birmingham. Everytime I come to this place I have good service, good desserts and to top it off always bump into someone famous ...
I don't have a sweet tooth, but I can say if you want a luxurious dessert I think this place beats every other dessert place. This place looks pretty, and you can tell they use highest quality ingredients because it doesn't taste cheap.. My friends are very picky and there was no complaints from them, they loved it. I got the apple crumble and it was really nice just didn't like the ice cream that came with it lol previously back in 2018, I got the chocolate dome and it was delicious, you get to drizzle the chocolate onto the dome and it melts ahh, so pleasing lol. The way they serve you the dessert is also aesthetically pleasing to me.
The atmosphere was competitive, yet everyone was incredibly helpful. We received pleasant service and, despite the busyness, my family and I felt warmly welcomed, seated, and served with smiles. The restaurant boasts beautiful decor and is well-presented overall. The restrooms were impressively clean, especially considering the crowd, and the hygiene standards were excellent. The desserts had a delightful twist, all tasting fresh and made with a personal touch. I was surprised to learn that the 'cook' terrace had been featured on television and was a finalist on a show; my wife mentioned it while we were there. After speaking with the manager, I found out that a new menu is in the works. I really enjoyed this innovative fusion cuisine, which is still emerging in Birmingham, but with places like Artisan pushing boundaries, I hope locals will begin to appreciate the finer aspects of dining, in contrast to the usual concrete offerings. This is one of the best dessert places I've visited this year (and I've visited a few), and I will definitely return to try their afternoon tea session.
