Caspian Grill - Birmingham

Yesterday, I ordered food from this restaurant through Just Eat. The food arrived promptly, but upon inspection, I found dead ants in my mixed grill and saffron rice. I called the restaurant and the owner swiftly sent a driver to collect the food and promised a refund. However, when I called back to follow up, the restaurant refused to issue a refund. I would advise staying away from this restaurant unless you have a craving for saffron rice with a side of dead ants. See attached photo for proof.

Ordered 4 large pizzas. Excellent service, good quality pizzas, very fresh. Will visit again, friendly place.

Chips were delicious. Delivery was very slow, almost an hour. Burger was ok. Portions were very good sized. Drinks are served cold, always a plus.

This is a message for Caspian Grill. I have ordered food from your restaurant many times and have always been satisfied with the food quality. However, I must mention that your delivery person has been consistently rude, which has led me to stop ordering from your establishment. I suggest considering a different delivery person, as this behavior may result in a loss of business for you. Additionally, the delivery time has noticeably increased recently, taking more than twice as long as before.

I have been to this restaurant several times now. They offer a selection of grilled dishes that can be paired with rice, fries, naan, or salad. The customer service is also very friendly.
