Costa Coffee - Birmingham

Everyone knows Costa Coffee, but this location stands out as it is situated in a charming building with a modern extension at the back. It features numerous adjoining rooms and lounges that are perfect for getting some work done or enjoying a good conversation. In the summer, there are outdoor seating options available, but the view overlooks a very busy area, so I prefer to stay indoors. Drive-thru service is also available.

I had the best customer service today from a lady with curly hair! She was amazing. I love the friendly and fast service at this Costa. There's also a wonderful Asian staff member who is incredibly friendly. This is my go-to Costa because of the welcoming staff. I'm so happy!
