Kfc - Birmingham

I ordered twice from this restaurant, and I found the portion sizes to be smaller than I expected. The chips were beautifully made both times. However, during my first order of hot wings, they were perfect, while on my second visit, they seemed overly fatty and tasted processed. I also ordered the tower burger during my second visit, and it was impressive and generously filled.

I travel from northeast Birmingham to this particular KFC because it is halal and incredibly tasty. My children love it, and I find myself coming here often. The food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly.

This restaurant offers a delightful fast dining experience with halal options available. The wings are delicious and crispy. However, some dishes may not be as fresh as they could be towards closing time. The staff are friendly and polite, and the drive-through team operates efficiently. The restroom facilities are also clean and well-maintained.
