Manzils - Birmingham

Visited here whilst staying in the area over a weekend. Nice welcome good food and pleasant surroundings. Staff very warm&welcoming Excellent portions and price in point. Recommended l

Starter good main course too much onion. However the toilets were dirty no soap or hand towels and the floor was wet.

We ultimately chose not to dine at this restaurant. While we were at a nearby bar, we checked their menu online, only to be surprised by the significantly higher prices on the menu when we sat down inside the restaurant. The prices were extremely inflated for the type of establishment it was.

TripAdvisor emailed me to say my review didnt meet community guidelines. Essentially the curry house must have complained about my honesty. So, here I go again. It was a terrible curry. Service was incredibly slow, must have waited 20 mins just to get an order taken in what was an empty restaurant. Then some of the starters came, but not all so had to ask for the others Main meals all served at different times and poor quality. Naan bread stale and rice burnt. Food thickness like tap water. Would not recommend to anybody, even if really hungry.

Went to Manzils with a few friends for new years and it was lovely! Staff were friendly and they gave some good recommendations. The food was great especially the mix grill starter, would enjoy going back again.
