My friend and I used to go to tescos. terone and buy cheap food then a group of us shared the food. Then the young people started congregating in the area and there were fight nearly every day. I still went into mcdonalds andA and tried to encourage kids to behave, . More could have been done to stop the violence, ence and drug dea.ing. a Christian group used to meet there on Wednesdays and the kids behaved differently. I miss it now its closed.
A terrible manager, and also a terrible cashier, doesn't know what there're doing. Even though the manager told the cashier that the big mac and fries are together but she still charged £1.99 for the big mac and £1.89 for the fries. Got the rest of the order terribly wrong, printed 2 separate recites for no reason, and for the over charged big mac we got a f ing coke, wtf .When we checked the recites and saw we got charged wrong for the rest of the meal. For the big mac the cashier said that we should of showed her the ticket but the manager already told the cashier that it was a meal. In the end we said to cancel everything and went to another McDonald. Not going there anytime soon.
There was only one order point open and a lot of people waiting, but there weren't enough staff to handle the crowd. My Big Mac bun was stuck to the bottom of the box and fell apart when I tried to remove it. The burger was hard and chewy. The fries were lukewarm and seemed like they had been sitting out for some time.
I visited this McDonald's during a break from Ireland and was disappointed by the dirty and slow service, especially considering it was early in the morning. When I tried to pay for my food with sterling currency from Northern Ireland, they refused to accept it and claimed it wasn't their problem that I couldn't provide "British" money for their machine. They were not willing to find a solution and were quite dismissive about it. Additionally, I was shocked when a homeless man entered the restaurant and demanded food from my daughter, making her feel very uncomfortable and intimidated. This kind of situation should not be allowed to happen in a restaurant.
I visited this restaurant with a young friend who needed a break before catching our train home. The restaurant was bustling and I ordered some fries that were not very enjoyable. My friend had a dessert of some sort. The atmosphere was not very pleasant to sit in due to the crowds. However, they did a commendable job in returning my friend's lost Harry Potter book. It wasn't until the next day when I visited Brasserie Blanc in Cheltenham and had their French fries that I realized how subpar the fries at this restaurant were.
