Mcdonald's Birmingham Fort

Ben the assistant manager was using inappropriate language to me and tried to get me to do things with him in the toilet, never felt this uncomfortable in my life let alone a mcdonalds, all i wanted was a chicken mayo

Been here 4 times in 2 weeks and they have never got frappes or milkshakes. Ordered a mcflurrie and got the smallest portion ever probably 2 spoonfuls worth for £1.69. Always takes ages from ordering at the drive through to getting round to the food outlet.The term fast food does not apply here.Worst Mcdonalds around this side of birmingham

Good quick drive-thru place! Can't beat a Big Mac but the new Mc Spicey gives it a run for it's money!

We visited this branch after shopping at fort and went through the drive through. After paying and getting to the last window we realised we forgot to order the nuggets!! We asked Mason if we could order at that window and he was amazing! He took the order and processed it quick and efficiently! This is the best service I have received from McDonald’s in such a long time! He is a credit to the company! Excellent customer service and with a smile! Amazing!

I went to the drive through ordered 1 Big Mac burger meal with no Gherkins, Extra cheese. And another big Mac meal with Fish burgers instead of Beef patties. Went to the window asked the girl if she heard me because she went silent on the speaker clearly doing something else. She said yes. I said ok because I can’t see the fish patties on the screen she again said no it’s changed. Paid for my food. Got home opened it. One burger had Gherkins on and was freezing cold. And the second meal had beef rather then fish. Which I confirmed would be the change with the girl at the window. If she would have told me I couldn’t have it I would have had something else. When I called the restaurant to tell them the manager basically said we dont do that love. I told him the girl in the window confirmed it with me. He just repeated himself. So they had basically made me pay for something it didn’t want. The both of them are full of s… and if I can take it further I will. The girl at the window had zero customer service skills and clearly needs re-training. I was wondering why they were all staring at me when I went to the window to collect my food and now it makes sense. They knew what they were doing. This is actually my Local McDs. And for the last couple months the food has been Trash. If this is the staff they have. Get the f… rid. Especially that girl.
