Feedback gevenHaving worked in the hospitality industry myself, I strongly suspect that the restaurant is intentionally getting my orders wrong. I am aware that Uber Eats and other delivery platforms display customer names and addresses, so there is no excuse for constantly botching my orders. This behavior is truly unacceptable. Furthermore, whenever I call to address the issue, the manager is always rude. I will be escalating this matter to the head office.
I ordered from Uber Eats again but unfortunately did not receive the free sauces with my order. When I called the restaurant, the person working at the time simply told me not to order from them if I had an issue. I will be contacting the head office tomorrow as customer service should not be difficult and providing free sauces should be a simple task. I have noted the time of the call so that we can identify exactly who was working at that moment.
I waited 30-40 minutes for a small amount of food in the parking lot. The service was terrible and I will not be returning. This McDonald's is the worst, so it's best to avoid if possible.

Destroyed and wetty bag, no balsamic dressing for salads, instead ice creams we received bottles of water, no straws for drinks. Order for 18,5 pounds, we received refound 6 pounds. Never again order from this garbage place.
