Feedback gevenJust a normal morrisons. the 5-star rating is for a management team (james) for excellent customer service. bought waffle pods only to say after I paid, there were no hits. the staff at the theke told me that it was my fault not to ask if they would run out of the beats before ordering?! james made sure that the employee was told how inacceptably her inappropriate behavior was, and gave me a refund and a couple of waggling for the children. it is very clear that it has exceptionally high standards of customer service for itself and its personal. thank you, james. Go on.
Downgraded to 4 star because baskets were not available at the entry, had to walk to checkout to look for them. This is not good for a shop with high volume because it creates traffic at checkout which has not bought anything yet. As a customer, it does not motivate me to come back because this makes a quick shop even longer.
I discovered that Morrisons is a great place for a family outing. The selection of products available for purchase is suitable. The ready-to-eat meals are delicious, and they even have a café for customers. Restrooms are also available. The parking lot is situated to the left of the building. Additionally, they offer a loyalty rewards program.
This restaurant is a lovely spot for shopping and regular visits. One thing I don't like is that they frequently change the layout, which can be confusing for regular customers. My favorite parts are the hot food stands and bakery.
I recently visited Morrison's Café, where my partner forgot to order a child's meal (which is free when you spend more than £4.99). I mentioned this to the staff, and they kindly provided a free child's meal for my daughter. I was very happy with the service and will definitely be visiting again.
