Nuvo Bar Restaurant - Birmingham

We came last December and had a nice meal. a quantity of money over 150 between two. this time we came to Mother's Day. waited over an hour for a beginner (they have it wrong and brought out sushi) then our net was 50...min waiting and they got the wrong. we have our net and waited 10 minutes for our sides to come out. the toilets of the woman were disgusting dirty, toilet paper everywhere, washbasins were covered with hair. very disappointed in this restaurant, since we had such a good idea last time

A table in the restaurant and a stand after it was booked for birthday; a 100-fold deposit for the stand paid. 10 days before I had to cancel, because the half of my friends was covided and isolated, so I had to cancel, I simse nuvo...on whatsapp about it and they said that it is not refundable and they "can't" me back. but not where on their website or never they told me that the payment was not refundable and after I asked this, they emptied the message and did not reply to me. this is a very unprofessional and terrible customer service. illegally, they cannot legally retain a 100 deposit, unless clearly stated, in terms of conditions and it was not! (or even mentioned, it was not refundable) clear, a bet to cheat more money.

I went with friends to nuvo for a birthday night. 10 people we came in went up. shortly after, a waitress comes by and tells us that we can sit everywhere because it is reserved. she wouldn't tell us where they're going... rather than extremely unprofessional, as we would have said before we paid all 10 to get in. not helpful staff, music ok. would not go back there.

We came visit nuvo to the birthday of my friends. in the future the card machine was not working, so we had to go to the casscade, the personal was not chaotic. when we came back and went up, the room was a sweat box full of steam and dingy. the door team was courteous and friendly, but the door staff on the top floor was completely oblivious, what happing before them. I can't believe that they didn't have female door staff in 2021, as several incidents happened in the night with women. as a woman who worked on doors, I asked the door staff, a few of them told me that it was up to the dachmann not to pay for more personal. I asked to talk to the one who cares about it, he was uninterested, shocked and released. he has no respect for women at all. absolutely shameful recharge men's 200 pounds for a bottle they can buy for 35 on the shops. the only thing was that the dj was amazing. I wouldn't waste my time again to be honest.

The food was delicious and the service was great. We had a wonderful meal which was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Cocktails didn’t disappoint and staff were wonderful. Highly recommended!
