Romeo Pizza Selly Oak - Birmingham

I ordered a vegetarian pizza with pineapple and jalapenos, but had to repeat my order multiple times. When I went to collect the pizza, I had to repeat my order even more. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered that they had given me a chicken and pepperoni pizza instead. When I called to complain, the person on the phone was unapologetic and only offered to give me an extra pizza on my next visit. I ended up being out 12 pounds and without the pizza I wanted. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I felt like they were not taking my order seriously.

I absolutely adore Luciano's Pizza. Their delivery service is fast, and the food tastes delicious. They have a great variety of options, and they often have fantastic offers available.

I frequent Luciano's for takeout or delivery frequently. The pizza is good, better than other pizzerias in Selly, but they tend to make mistakes with the orders, which is disappointing. The service is average, sometimes lacking, sometimes excellent, depending on the staff member you interact with.

Awful..ordered a pizza with jalopenos pineapple.via phone for the collection .had to repeat which pizza I wanted at least 4 times when the guy always made it wrong. went to collect it had pfefferoni and huh on.we are vegetarian! then was said too bad, he will give us an extra pizza next time..12 quid down the drain and no pizza. Absolutely the word will spread on this place, a terrible service that this guy gave today!
