They don't respect customers. Arrogant staff. Overall, Don't waste your time and money.
Absolutely fabulous restaurant. Very polite and welcoming treatment from the owner. Portion sizes excellent. Highly recommended.
We had booked a table for 9pm as we couldn't make it before then. We had been looking forward to a culinary treat with a nice bottle of wine after a busy week at work. It was Friday night but it was quite empty and there was no atmosphere at all. I ordered the seabass and my partner ordered the mixed kebab. The Food wasn't just overcooked, it was cremated. The rice was about the only palatable thing on the plate. As for Lebanese cuisine, that really is a stretch of the imagination. Even salt and pepper, let alone garlic and spices appeared to have been firmly banished from the kitchen. The cheapest house wine was nearly £20 a bottle and as the restaurant did not exactly inspire confidence, we gave that a miss. Service was OK, though once the food had been served, our waiter appeared more interested in chatting up a lone female customer who was sat at a table near ours. Basically, the food was bland, overcooked and poor value for money. I most definitely would not recommend it.
Eveytime I come here, it is peaceful and calm. Always a great way to have lovely food freshly squeezed orange juice or Arabic tea and great conversation. One of my favourite little authentic spots.
