Was a little cold in the restaurant, could do with more heating

Chronically under-staffed. Those who were working were trying their hardest were friendly but a) appeared to lack experience b) simply had too much to do. Waiting 20 minutes for a drink from a bar three yards away isn't ideal.

The beef was cold and chewy. Very disappointed. The service was poor too but they include a tip when you pay. Won’t go there again.

We were disappointed by the location, I hadn't realised that it was positioned in a shopping centre! So really it was more suited to shoppers and travellers as it was quite near the train station. We arrived early so expected to wait, but the waiter kept giving us different times for when the table would be ready and that was annoying. Also, they wouldn't serve us a drink whilst we waited. The food was good and generally the staff were lovely and helpful. However, I wouldn't go there again.

Poor service very slow. Food was expensive and over priced as were the drinks we went to the theatre afterwards and a bottle of prosecco at the hippodrome was cheaper than normal wine at the restaurant.
