Feedback gevenI recently dined at your restaurant and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The steak I ordered was soggy, undercooked, and had a rubbery texture, which is not what I would expect from a steakhouse. The service was also lacking, with robotic staff and a lack of atmosphere. Waiting 28 minutes to be served in a half-full restaurant is not acceptable. The lack of disability access was also disappointing, both in terms of entrance and toilet facilities. This information should be clearly stated on your website for customers.
The chicken steak was delicious and cooked perfectly. The Toros special was also cooked well and the sauces were tasty. The mashed potatoes and rice were great, but the pasta was mediocre. The strawberry daiquiri and blueberry mocktail were tasty but a bit too icy.
Anna was amazing she went above and beyond to get us seated and ensured we was happy with our food.. she was polite professional the food amazing as alway 10
Very expensive for below average quality. Spent loads, we were not full up when we left and didn't enjoy the food. All in all, very disappointed
Me and my friend walked in, server came upto us, we said table for 2 and all this little server id was, 'you can sit there ' the way she talked to us, not welcoming, with attitude, belittling us, put me off but we stayed, as i was sitting i asked do you take card, 'no ' and walked away, so did me and my friend, been years since i went there due to the attitude, thought it has changed but guess not, went to another place to eat which was way better (not gona say name as to think im biased)
