Feedback gevenThis is the worst food I have ever tasted. The chicken was rubbery, the steak was flavorless, and I saw rats near the toilet. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog.
My husband and I recently had dinner at this restaurant and we were very impressed. Although it had been some time since our last visit, the quality was still consistent. The menu offered a great selection, especially for those who enjoy steak. My husband ordered a 10oz ribeye and I had the fillet, both of which were delicious. The onion gravy sauce was improved and reminded us of how it used to be. The dessert was also fantastic. The soft drinks were refreshing and served with a smile. Overall, it was a lovely experience with attentive staff.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a rude manager. Despite ringing ahead to make a reservation, we were not seated promptly. We waited nearly an hour before being seated, and then waited an additional 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive. My rib eye steak was overcooked and when I tried to send it back, the waiter was disrespectful. My wife's dish, the rubbery lobster, was disappointing. The prices for the meals were high considering the quality. Additionally, I suspect one of the employees may have taken something, but I cannot be certain. Overall, the experience was unacceptable and I will not be returning. I am writing this review in hopes of saving others the trouble.
So I have seen some reviews online for this steakhouse. the photos looked amazing and my wife always prevented me from going for a steak. we have booked in advance to reserve a table during the crazy covid times. .yaqubs is very covid friendly and have arranged the tables with social distancing in mind according to all government policies. it was quite relatiw when we left, but that was good. the personal was good and the commands were taken in time. the woman ordered some wings and a cocktail and I order some mozzarella sticks as our ancestors. very tasty. the wings were soft and full of taste. very well cooked. for our net I had a Yaqubs receiver (lots and lots of meat) and chips (with one by the side) while my wife went for a steak, maische and salat. we made a tasty bite so much that we didn't have space for dessert! I have booked my next trip there already.
Booked by woman a few days before the jubilee dinner. I wanted to arrive tonight at 2030. proven on time, but no evidence for booking tells us and said to go and try 45 minutes later. full of sweat. could not turn as easily as the woman had headaches, but came when I know how it hits a business without shows. chap, who tried to solve the materie, agreed that we had probably made a booking, but it was not confused, but said no worker would admit their mistake and could not accentuate them like the plague. very restless when we traveled far.
