I feel sorry for the young staff members working by them selves they are under pressure from the get go trying to make 3-4 bowls . Waiting 20 minutes for a açai bowl is a joke . It was nice but not worth $17

The worst service ever in the beautiful sunny Sunshine Coast. The lady at the desk sees me and my daughter standing in her front she yells to the men inside the kitchen and jumped us and attending other people behind us, I nearly walked away with my daughter. I got all the patient until when she finished attending the custom behind us then I asked her are we invisible here can’t you see where here before those customers and she trying to be apologetic but in a rude way, I still maintain my patient after the other and she saw that my order was higher she try to be friendly rude and her name is kiahr z time and date served is 09/01/2022 time 13:25:39 I kept my receipt to show the proof.I will never ever attend to this service again in my life and I will never ever Recomand anyone to attend to this services. We don’t need a rude customer service in our dearly lovely Sunhine Coast. She needed to re-attend training and also anger management. So sad for my 14yrs old daughter witnessed how rude she was even when my partner arrived and heard of her behaviour she refused to Oder her stuff.

The greatest, my partner and I went in on Sunday around 1:30pm we absolutely loved the atmosphere and the girl and boy behind the counter were working tirelessly to get product out quickly and beautifully. it was a shame that there was a customer having a go at the girl who was at the front counter, in such a hard time for everyone. She handled it perfectly and was very apologetic that he had to wait. I will absolutely be showing my continued support to this incredible company.
