The call center staff and the young workers on the floor are not communicating effectively. When the power went out, they had to rely on a generator, which slowed down the crew's operations. However, the call center continued to process orders, promising the usual wait times despite the delays.

I had to wait for them to call me back with the price of my order, which is already frustrating. After 20 minutes, I called them again, and they still didn't have the price for two large pizzas. I'm hungry and really irritated! I would give them fewer stars if I could!

I told my grandma, the only one at home who enjoys their pizza, that I will never set foot in Deboredness again—it's a COVID-19 trap. I don't know whether to blame the owners or the staff. It doesn't matter if you order over the phone; you'll still end up waiting for your pizza with people who ordered in person. It's as if a group of sloths is preparing their pizzas. It's been over a year since the other Debonairs closed, and clearly, they know they've gained more customers, yet there hasn’t been any effort to accommodate the increased demand. I’ve completely given up on this place—it's immune to good service.
