Erick Schat's Bakkery - Bishop

My place for my baked destinations for my annual camping trip. Always fresh a wonderful one with so many decisions from their apart bread to cookies. Freshly baked bread and so much more! You also have fresh sandwiches! My favorite is the Mule ****. Let's just say this place has something for everyone who travels the hwy395ca.

After my first bite on the sandwich. I just had to take a little break and ask what makes this taste so good? Then I tried the sauerkraut and made another headache, I haven't tasted such quality since my childhood in Canada. Even the pimples were perfect. Not awkward, the lady had to ask if they send food from this bakery. When I cross Bishop, I will stop here. We bought cookies, bread, bread and more baked goods... It's a kind of deli and bakery.

Sat several times and every time I left, was amazing. They have the sweetest decorations and while the bread is a little more pricier than in the grocery store it is delicious. Her deli is amazing and so is her homemade bread. There are definitely some tourist aspects and it can be really crowded and busy. If you are in the area

Highly recommend The BBQ Turkey sandwich. It comes with coleslaw and a pickle. You can also customize your own sandwich but I noticed it takes a while. We also got some yummy bread. Overall we got two sandwiches and three loaves of bread and it was a little over $50.

Great for the senses it is a warm bakery full of amazing smells. The staff are friendly and plentiful. Side note and great thanks to the staff: I left my wallet there by accident one evening and in the morning they found it for me. I am so grateful to the staff (Sunday 2/6/22 at 7 am and Saturday 2/5 around 6:30pm) PS: hard to tell which picture was dinner and which was breakfast! Can you tell?
