Feedback gevenFood is always pretty good but I order on line and have trouble with the male server 0n my last three orders. I always add a message requesting that an initial be written on the sandwich ie T for Tuna etc so that the right one is opened by the right person also request napkins. This hasn't occurred and also I've had minor problems with the order itself ie wrong ingredients put on . Since you can't call in orders it is critical that the server read follow messages directions re. Ingredients!!!
The pile on the meat and veggies the two sandwiches exploding. No need to ask for extra meat. The cookies a really good.

I wish there were negative stars for the rating system. The owner, Manny Singh, is the rudest, most sexist person I have ever encountered in the customer service industry. I placed an online order for sandwiches for my team and specified a pick up time. The order was not done when I arrived and the manager, Estella, was very nice but told me they did not make large orders until they got a verbal confirmation based on the owner 's instructions. This was confusing as the order was paid in full. I was clearly upset and the experience made me 25 minutes late because I had to wait for the sandwiches. When Mr. Singh called me after I placed a complaint on the subway website, he was defensive, arrogant, unapologetic and I asked him to stop interrupting me 3 times. He raised his voice and told me he did not like the way I was speaking to him(?? . He referred to me as LADY multiple times. When I asked if he cared or had any intention of recouping my business through a gift certificate or refund, he replied I knew it. All you wanted this whole time was a refund. I was both shocked and offended. It was a matter of poor online systems and his self-imposed policies to make a profit, NOT to make customers happy. I encourage everyone to use Jersey Mikes in Lone Pine on the way in to town, Mahogany or ANY other sandwich shop. Subway has lost a customer for life because of this owner 's attitude and behavior. You will see multiple ratings that include his 'attitude ' towards customers.
So Glad that they have Pastrami back. One of my Favorites
