Bill's Restaurant Bar Bishops Stortford

We had a lovely lady take out order and after that, it kind of went down hill. We didn’t receive what we ordered, even sending it back twice before we got what we ordered. (Even then it wasn’t right and we just put up with it) When food arrived it was nice, one meal we ordered was totally different to what we received , but we didn’t say anything as was more hassle than changing. Quite disappointed as have always had great service and food before. We have 4 children and 3 adults and I asked for butter and tomato ketchup, the lady literally brought back one tiny bowl of ketchup and 2 small pieces of butter, in the end we had to say, can we have enough for all of us. Not overly Impressed this time.

Fab waitress. Shame my chicken burger not cooked in the middle, but apologised and refunded. Others enjoyed their food.

Very pleasent place to go and enjoy food with friends. Will go again and again Thanks
