Ruby's - Bishops Stortford

I had another absolutely fantastic meal at Ruby's Indian Restaurant in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire. If they're having a good day, you can expect them to really showcase their culinary skills. You will be amazed. I give them 5 stars, as always!

I had a fantastic experience with the lamb rogan josh, featuring large chunks of tender lamb, fresh tomatoes, and a delightful assortment of ingredients in a beautiful sauce. The rest of the meal maintained this high standard as well. The staff were personable, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely return when I'm in the area.

The ingredients are fresh, and you can really taste the difference!

Order the first time from here tonight and wow the food was amazing! the lamb was so tender and felt just apart, amazing taste and all cooked to profect. best curry iw had in a longgg time and will order 100% again. in any case recomend, they will not be disappointed! 5*
