Pancheros Mexican Grill - Bismarck

The last three times I have visited this restaurant in the evening, I have been disappointed with the quality of the food. The beef, rice, and other ingredients seemed old and lacked freshness. I am tired of repeatedly being let down after driving all the way here in hopes of a good meal.

We live nearby and frequent this restaurant often. The food is generally good, but the portion sizes depend on who is working. Sometimes the tortillas are not filled enough. I have had poor experiences with the service, as they can be rushed and dismissive. As a regular customer, I know exactly what I want, but I feel like I am being hurried before I even get a chance to order a drink. I can only imagine how a new customer would feel. Once, a worker made a mistake with my burrito and when I pointed it out, they simply responded with "okay" and did not offer to correct it. I give it 3 stars because I enjoy the food despite the inconsistent experience.

I've always loved this place!! And my family is obessed! But here is how today went.. the emloyee who started our order seemed annoyed we were there. Then to see they no longer serve marinated cubed chicken breast. They now serve shredded chicken in like a juice apparently with bone ??‍Very flavorless, like theres no meat even in the burrito.And it really sucks when you bite into a bone, first bite at that! I went up to make the employees aware and all she said was okay and went on to sautéing veggies..Not a good experience and the last few times leading up to this really have been disappointing also.

They’re fast, friendly and are very consistent. Undoubtedly the best burrito place in Bismarck/Mandan.
