Feedback gevenNo recommendation. I'll look for another hotel next time. 1. I didn't manage to get WiFi in my room with 3 devices (computer, cell phone, iPad) for 2 days. I got onto the internet at the entrance without any problems, but it's of little use to me. On the first day I was told that the router was stolen on the 3rd floor and that they would take care of it. On the 2nd day someone else told me the first guy had no idea. He claimed he could access the internet on the third floor and then told me nonsense about why I couldn't access the internet. As a result, I missed an urgent morning meeting that I was supposed to have in the room. They neither understood my problem nor offered any accommodation regarding the price. 2. I wanted a single room for 78 euros, but got a double room for 102 euros. I found the room to be plain, ugly and rather cold. 3. The entire hallway and breakfast room smells strongly of fried bacon in the morning, so you're afraid the smell will stick to your clothes. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 3
There is no relationship between price and performance here. The rooms were clean, but absolutely unattractive. You can't offer rooms like this in Bitburg for 126 euros a night including breakfast, okay in Berlin or other metropolises but not in a small town in the Eifel. Rooms: 2 Service: 4 Location: 4
Great hotel in this price range. Staff is friendly, quality matches the price level so fine. Clean and centrally located in Bitburg. Nearby activities: Bitburger brewery experience is fun. Beautiful region anyway. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value
Clean rooms, always cleaned : Long-term stay, so I know what I'm writing about The service at the reception was nice and without any reservations, the rooms are good (if I have to complain, there is no fridge but I have mine and no one had a problem with it breakfast is good, but the atmosphere is spoiled by an old lady who always has problems with everything, BUT IT'S FOREVER! Unique in bad service; canceled our, email confirmed, reservation. We were already close to Bitburg when they called to apologize that there was not room any more “due to a mistake on their side”. Alternative lodging was offered but nothing in compensation for the inconvenience. I never had anything like this before and believe it’s bad manners to cancel this late, but moreover not to help overcome our discomfort. Service: 1
