Sapcote Garden Centre - Blaby

Visited the cafe at the garden centre for the first time we didn't get saled coleslaw with the pannie meal why is this we were very disappointed. You got just crisps?

Decent display I suppose but they need to sort out the entrance/exit procedure Not happy to be accused of stealing a £1.99 soft toy purchased for and held by grandson. Shocked to be approached by a rude kid in a scruffy hi- vis jacket and...asked to show receipt for said toy and wife's carrier bag checked as well. First and last visit, dont enjoy being treated like this with no apologies

The place is just too hectic, parking lot is a mess, at least last year they had a structure and you weren't lost empty spaces because having to drive around in circles! Coffee shop also has no structure, especially when busy! All the tables are full,...you have to stand in a queue and try to look for a table, people behind you sending kids there to grab the table before you can get there and then when you get to the floor coming, your message that you can't order if you don't have a table! Asks what to do if you can't get one and after waiting in line I couldn't take away! In which I was advised we could only eat certain foods mainly cakes! Absolutely disgusting, there should be a structure to stop people stopping the lines and should take away table service and queuing for just. I had to take away from myself because of selfish people in the queue behind me. The staff seems to cater to people with a table then the take off side as it took time to get my drinks and people behind me got drinks there and management to sit! My father is 73 and was pushed away by a rude family who sent there child who could move faster than my father! Wouldn't recommend at all, just dragged me out of the whole place and I couldn't wait to get out! We went to planners instead and it was a much better experience

The menu is very poor, my mother had a jacket potato. Bad mistake, potato was still frozen on the inside and for the price we had not expected to be served with frozen food. It was a lovely place pre Covid but now stay away...Up your game,Sorry!
