Mill City Chophouse And - Black Hawk

I'm not sure about the reviews from over a year ago, but this Chophouse has only been open for three months. Now, regarding my experience: this Chophouse in Blackhawk, CO, was exceptional. The food was delightful, and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed table-side service, which felt as fresh as it gets. Charles and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating during our birthday celebration at the table. They offered complimentary champagne and appetizers before dinner. After our meal, they treated us to a complimentary cake with fresh berries that was more than enough for the whole table, along with pastries to take home. The restaurant manager, Dan, was also very nice, checking in on tables throughout the evening and even arranging a tour of the hotel suites. I’ve already recommended this place to my friends and family as a must-visit in Blackhawk, and I definitely plan to return.

I celebrated my birthday dinner last night and had an incredible experience. The waitstaff was fantastic, and the food was definitely the best I've had in Blackhawk over the past year. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

This restaurant is disappointing! The prices are outrageously high for the quality of food offered. The service is slow, and when we raised our concerns about the value for money, the manager was rather unfriendly.

The food was average, and the waiter was rather rude. He was unnecessarily sarcastic and even had the nerve to reprimand us for not having a reservation for the 5 PM service, despite the fact that we were the sole customers in the restaurant, with all the tables empty!
