Burger King - Black River Falls

This is the Best Burger King we have ever been to!. We live an hour away and will drive here for their food. Always have very friendly staff. And the food is always hot and Delicious! We have three Burgar kings in our area and will not go to them. Black River Falls Burger king is the best!!!

Disappointed with the food. Not what a Whopper used to be.

Way to go Burger King Black River Falls.I ordered:1. a double bacon cheeseburger and fries, large frozen coke2. a cheese and bacon whopper meal with halfies3. a big fish meal with halfsies4. a kids 6pc nugget meal.I got 1. And 4. Almost correctly...no one told me until at the window that the frozen coke machine was down. I didn't get EITHER orders of halfies. I called, they said they'd replace them. Got back home and found a half full order of onion rings. The correction was royally messed up, too!On top of that, the whopper tasted like a soggy mayo soaked elementary school burger with soggy lettuce and onion.If I wanted my order this screwed up and disgusting, I would have gone to McDonald's.Oh, and it seems I can view ratings on the BRF BK Facebook page, but can't submit one ?I don't usually pitch a fit, because I've worked in food service. But this is ridiculous.

I was order 29 at about 2:40 p.m. on 17 December 2023 at the Black River Falls location, requested receipt, did not get one. Took 8 minutes to get through, I was 1 of only 3 vehicles. 3 minutes was to just get my change...they didn't have sufficient change for a $20 bill on a $10.29 order. Left, opened the bag, fries were not full. Overall the food was no where worth over $10 for having to wait like I did, on top of that, my burger was cold, not right out of the fridge cold, but not too far off. Called to get a receipt, Was told it was not available. Terrible experience, will never go there and deal with those overpaid workers again.
