Subway - Black River Falls

I stopped by on 11/4/23 at about 730pm, the restaurant was SUPER clean so clean that it made me leave this review ??

Placed online order and staff didn’t honor my place in the queue. Had to stand in line to get my order. Staff wouldn’t cancel order. Will not use app again. Will try other sandwich shops for online ordering next time.

10-8-23 1130am NOT FRIENDLY TO PROPLE OF COLOR DO NOT VISIT THIS SUBWAY LOCATION IN BLACK RIVER FALLS WISCONSIN I don't recommended this subway at all soon as I walked on the atmosphere definitely changed. Started to place my order and was instantly mocked about my choice of meatballs and to add Bacon and jalapeño peppers..... i ignored it thr first time moved on thr next lady was even worse smirking and very rude told her please can she wrap them separately she ignores me I'm like ma'am excuse me helloooo. At that point i knew what it was I told her you know what you and your Co worker have Been hostile towards me since I walked in ill go someplace where I'm appreciated keep your sandwich i don't want it. IF YOUR OF COLOR DO NOT VISIR THIS PLACE SUBWAY IN NLACK RIVER FALLS WISCONSIN

Karen and Sandy who made our sandwiches did a great job! They were very nice and had great customer service! If I ever drive through again, I will definitely stop and get some food here.
